I love cranberry orange relish so I thought "why not a cookie?". I mixed my love for our macaroon mix with the relish idea! Except for the chocolate, its 100% Thrive!

  1. Place the cranberries into a 2 cup measuring cup and cover with warm water.
  2. Stir the Orange Bliss into the cranberries and let sit 5 min.
  3. Drain the water off into another measuring cup. Heat 1/2 cup of the water in the microwave for 2 min. (You can either throw out the rest of the water or add it to your plants.)
  4. Mix the hot water with the macaroon mix; then add the cranberry orange mix. Let rest for 15 min.
  5. While the Mixture is resting, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Also place parchment paper on two 13x9 cookie pans.
  6. Using a soup spoon, drop the mixture onto the lined cookie sheets. I try to position a berry on top.
  7. Bake for 20 min, checking at 15 min . They should be lightly brown and will be pink.
  8. You can even make them more festive by drizzling colored chocolate. I used white on these, but also made some with red, green and orange-black.
  9. Makes 24 cookies
